We work exclusively with premium solid wood β€” primarily sheesham, mango, and teak. Each piece is crafted from real timber, not veneers or composites, so you'll see natural grain variations and character marks that make every unit unique.

How much weight can your shelves and TV units hold?

Our floating shelves are engineered to support 15–25 kg depending on the model and installation method. TV units can comfortably hold displays up to 55 inches and 30 kg. Detailed weight capacities and installation guidelines are included with every order.

Will the wood color match the photos exactly?

Natural wood varies in tone and grain from piece to piece. We photograph our products in controlled lighting to represent the finish as accurately as possible, but expect subtle differences. This variation is part of the beauty of working with real materials.

Are your products made in India?

Yes. All our furniture is designed and manufactured in India to international quality standards. We work with skilled craftspeople who specialize in solid wood joinery and finishing.

Absolutely. We offer custom dimensions for most of our products. Share your measurements and we'll provide a quote within 24–48 hours. Custom orders typically add 2–3 weeks to production time.

Orders & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days and typically arrive within 7–10 days depending on your location. Custom orders require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India. We're working on international logistics and will update our shipping options soon. If you're outside India, get in touch and we'll explore options.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack every piece carefully, but if damage occurs in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor progress through the carrier's portal or contact us for updates.

Installation & Care

Is installation included?

Installation is not included, but every product ships with clear mounting instructions and all necessary hardware. For floating shelves and wall units, we recommend hiring a professional if you're unfamiliar with wall anchors and stud mounting.

How do I care for solid wood furniture?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals, direct sunlight, and excessive moisture. We include detailed care instructions with every order.

Will the wood expand or contract over time?

Solid wood responds naturally to humidity and temperature changes. Minor expansion or contraction is normal and won't affect structural integrity. Our joinery methods account for this movement.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard products in original condition. Custom orders are final unless there's a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange for a different finish or size?

Exchanges are possible within 14 days for standard products. Contact us before returning anything so we can coordinate the exchange and confirm availability.
