Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our solid wood furniture. Every piece is crafted with care and built to last. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal use.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Structural defects in joinery, frames, and load-bearing components
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Finish defects such as peeling, cracking, or bubbling under normal conditions
- Hardware failures (hinges, drawer slides, mounting brackets)
Warranty Duration
Standard products: 1 year from date of delivery
Custom orders: 1 year from date of delivery
Your warranty begins on the delivery date shown in your order confirmation.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, or color changes over time
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents
- Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
- Damage from improper cleaning products or methods
- Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, or minor color differences
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or refinished by anyone other than us
- Damage during shipping (covered separately under our shipping policy)
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty:
- Contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue
- Include clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
- We'll review your claim within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion
We may ask additional questions or request more photos to assess the claim properly.
Warranty Fulfillment
For approved claims, we will:
- Repair the defect at no cost, or
- Replace the product with an identical or comparable item, or
- Issue a refund for the purchase price
We cover return shipping costs for warranty claims. Replacement items carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
