Delivery Timeline

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 days depending on your location within India.

Custom orders require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping begins.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time. We'll confirm feasibility and provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use this number to monitor progress through the carrier's portal, or contact us anytime for an update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery of your furniture.

Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard products in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different finish or size are possible within 7 days for standard products. Contact us before returning anything so we can coordinate the exchange and confirm availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.
